Steam the corn kernels. If you don't have a steamer pot, take a regular pot and a strainer, fill the pot halfway with water or a little more, then bring it to a boil. Once boiling, place the strainer with the corn kernels on top of the pot, sprinkle two tablespoons of oil on them, then cover the pot.

Let it cook until the corn is steamed. The strainer must be appropriately sized for the pot. If the strainer is larger than the pot, cover it well with aluminum foil. Let it cook, and if the water level in the pot decreases, lift the strainer and add more water. Continue this until cooked.

Hold a corn kernel in your hand; if it feels tender and easy to break, the corn is cooked and ready to serve. Then place it in a glass bowl and add lemon, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix well.
