Boil the meat with whole biryani spices, one onion, and salt.

Mix the yogurt with the ground spices, garlic, half the amount of saffron, and lemon salt.

After boiling the meat, strain it from the broth.

Wash the rice, boil it in the meat broth, making sure to set aside a cup of the broth.

Heat two tablespoons of ghee, add the chopped onion, and sauté until golden. Add the boiled meat and stir for 5 minutes, then add the boiled potatoes followed by the sliced sweet and hot peppers, and finally add the sliced tomatoes.

Pour the yogurt mixture and the cup of broth over them, and let it simmer on low heat for ten minutes.

After the rice is boiled, drain it completely and add it to the mixture, being careful not to stir the rice.
