    Sort the fava beans and wash them thoroughly with water, then place them in a pot.

    Wash the vegetables thoroughly with water, chop them, and then add them to the pot with the fava beans.

    Place the chopped onion and garlic over the fava beans, cover the pot with water, and let it boil until the mixture is cooked.

    Reduce the heat after boiling, let the mixture simmer, then transfer it to the blender and blend well.

    Return the fava bean mixture to the pot, then place it over low heat. Add the chicken broth, salt, all the spices, and mint to the mixture and let it cook until it thickens.

    Mix the onion for garnish with a spoonful of flour and fry in a small amount of oil with the minced garlic and dried coriander, then add the oil to the pot of basara along with some of the onion, and remove the pot from the heat.
