• Pine nuts
  0.3 cup
• Pistachios, shelled and coarsely chopped

   If using apricot sheets, soak them the day before and immerse them in water.

   The next day, pour the entire mixture into the blender, adding sugar while the blender is running, one tablespoon at a time.

   If using apricot nectar, skip the previous steps unless you want it sweeter, in which case add sugar syrup dissolved in water.

   Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and run the machine until the mixture becomes slushy.

   Remove the ice cream and place it in a bowl, then using a large wooden spoon, add the pistachios and pine nuts.
