Pot - 3
Add salt, a sprinkle of pepper, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves to the rice and fried pine nuts.
5 min - 4
Make a mixture of the mentioned spices and add a tablespoon of yogurt, a little oil, and a squeeze of lemon, then mix well and rub the chicken inside and out with it. If there is excess mixture, place it on top of the rice.
10 min - 5
Stuff the chicken with this rice, not packing it too tightly, about three tablespoons of rice. You can remove the neck and stuff its skin with about a tablespoon of rice, then close it using toothpicks.
10 min - 6
Prepare oven bags and carefully place the chicken in the bag, then cut a small piece from one corner of the bag.
5 min - 7
Place the chicken in a tray with water, salt, cardamom, and cloves, and put it in a medium heat oven for about an hour and a half until it browns well.
90 min - 8
You can boil green beans until they are cooked and tender, then discard the boiling water if you don't like its color. Then add the chicken broth from the bag over the beans and place a cup of medium-grain rice over the boiled beans, fluff the rice, and serve it with the stuffed chicken.
10 min - 9
Garnish the plate with vegetables such as lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Serve it also with Arabic salad and yogurt.
