To prepare the dough, place the flour, salt, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and mix the ingredients, then add warm water and knead well until a cohesive and soft dough is formed.

To prepare the filling, in a bowl, place the minced meat and add the onions, garlic, and red pepper, mix them, then season with cumin, black pepper, and salt, and set aside until needed.

To prepare the Al-Farmooza, take a medium-sized piece of dough and roll it out using a pasta machine on setting 2, then on setting 4, and finally on setting 6, place the dough on a flat surface and brush it well with ghee.

Roll out a second piece of dough and place it over the rolled-out piece, brush with ghee, and continue this process until you have three layers, set aside and roll out the remaining dough in the same way, brushing each layer with ghee.

Cut the rolled-out dough with a knife into squares measuring 2.5 inches.

Fill each square with the filling and fold the dough well, ensuring to seal the edges tightly.

Arrange the Al-Farmooza in a greased baking sheet, brush the top with egg, sprinkle with sesame and black seed, then bake in a medium oven for a quarter of an hour or more, then serve.
