Steps

    To cook the couscous, steam it over water or soak it in hot water until cooked, then set it aside.

    In a pot, sauté the onion and carrot with a pinch of salt and black pepper over low heat for a minute, then add all the spices and dill, stir for an additional minute, then add the cooked couscous and mix it well with the vegetables and spices until it absorbs the flavor.

    Finally, optionally add a small spoon of ghee to give the couscous an extra flavor and shine.

    Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and all the spices mentioned in the ingredients to the meat along with the parsley and salt.
