Ingredients

  • 567 grams of blueberries, fresh or frozen
    567 grams
  • 340 grams of red raspberries (use frozen raspberries for this recipe)
    340 grams
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar (or more to taste)
    1 cup
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate

Steps

  1. 1

Place the raspberries and blueberries in a blender and puree the mixture. You can strain the mixture and press it through a sieve to remove all the seeds.

Add the sugar and stir the mixture. You can prepare a syrup and add it to the pureed mixture. If making syrup, pour a cup of regular sugar into a pot and add half a cup of water; bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Cool the syrup and add it to the mixture. Place the raspberries and blueberries in the refrigerator overnight, and the next day, pour it into an ice cream maker. If you don't have the machine, place the berries in a blender and run it until pureed and it becomes ice cream-like. Serve immediately.
