Ingredients

    Wash the beans well, then place them in a deep bowl filled with water and let them soak for 12 hours.

    In a pressure cooker, boil the beans for 20 minutes, then set aside.

    In a pot over low heat, add the meat, onion, salt, pepper, cardamom, mixed spices, and olive oil, then leave on the heat for 10 minutes while stirring continuously. Add boiling water, and when it boils well, add the white beans and leave on the heat.

    To prepare the sauce, in a pot over the heat, add the tomato juice and let it boil completely.

    In a deep bowl, dissolve the tomato paste in cold water, then pour it into the boiling tomato juice and leave on high heat until it thickens and combines.

    When the meat is cooked, add the tomatoes to the meat and beans and leave on low heat for a minute.

    In a non-stick frying pan, add olive oil and crushed garlic and fry until golden. Add the coriander and stir briefly, then add to the soup, followed by the cumin, and stir the soup well. Let it absorb the flavors for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
