Roll out the dough balls by hand, moistening your hands and the counter with a little melted butter, and use the back of your hand to gently roll it out like you would with flatbread until you get a very thin, transparent dough where you can see the surface of the counter through it, approximately square in size 50x50 cm.

  8. 8

Using a dough cutter, remove the thick edges of the dough, brush it with a little butter (do not use a brush as the dough is very thin), then fold the edges of the dough gently towards the center.

  9. 9

Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the folded dough, then fold the other edges to form a nearly square shape.
