    First, we knead the dough by adding the ingredients together and kneading them well. It is preferable for the dough to be a little soft to help with rolling. Let it rest for an hour or more in a warm place.

    Second: Prepare the filling by sautéing the onions with a pinch of salt without oil over low heat, then add the oil and a sprinkle of spices and the meat, stirring until cooked. Finally, adjust the salt and spices to taste.
