    To prepare the dough, mix the yeast and sugar in half a cup of warm water and let it sit for five minutes.

    In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture, oil, and 3/4 cup of warm water over the flour. Knead well with wet hands until you have a smooth and soft dough.

    Cover the dough with a cloth and let it sit in a warm place until it rises and doubles in size (about two and a half hours).

    Knead the dough again after dipping your hands in flour and divide it into 6 balls, letting them rest for thirty minutes.

    Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough balls until they are round or oval in shape (each about 15 cm in diameter).

    To make the filling, mix the meat, onion, pine nuts, and spices in a bowl, then add the pomegranate molasses and labneh at the end, mixing the mixture well.
