    To make the filling: In a pan, heat the oil and add the onions until they soften, then add the meat and stir over high heat. When the color changes, add salt, pepper, and spices, and let it cook until the meat is done and then let it cool.

    Hollow out the zucchinis (the skin of the zucchini should be thicker than that of stuffed zucchini).
