Wash the bulgur and drain it, then cover and set aside for 1 hour.

Heat the oil in a pot and add the onion, cooking until soft. Add the ground lamb and stir until cooked and browned, then add the cubes of Maggi chicken broth, Arabic seven spices, pine nuts, dried mint, and pomegranate molasses, stirring the mixture until well combined.
