    Wash the bulgur and drain it, then cover and set aside for 1 hour.

    Mix the prepared bulgur with the ground beef, onion, mint, salt, and spices in a mixing bowl. Grind the ingredients three times using an electric meat grinder (add a little cold water if needed to achieve a smooth paste). Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator.

    Heat the oil in a pot and add the onion, cooking until soft. Add the ground lamb and stir until cooked and browned, then add the cubes of Maggi chicken broth, Arabic seven spices, pine nuts, dried mint, and pomegranate molasses, stirring the mixture until well combined.

    Take medium-sized pieces of the kibbeh dough mixture with wet hands and shape each portion into an oval, leaving a hollow in the center by inserting a finger from one end.

    Stuff the pieces with a little of the cooked lamb mixture and seal by pressing the edges tightly.
