Steps

    Boil the liver with the onion in a pot with water over heat until cooked, drain and let cool.

    Wash the rice and let it drain well.

    Cut the boiled liver into large pieces or as desired.

    In a pot over heat, fry the liver pieces with ghee, then add the raisins, pepper, and nuts to taste.
