Heat the oil in a frying pan over the heat, add the sugar and stir until it turns a burnt brown color, then add the liver and kidneys and stir until their color changes.

Add the garlic, green hot pepper, and lemon juice, and stir well. When it absorbs its water, add four cups of water, a tablespoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, salt, and black pepper, and let it cook.

After cooking, remove the liver and kidneys from the resulting sauce to an external plate, add a cup of water, a tablespoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, black pepper, and salt to the sauce and let it boil.
