    To prepare the dough: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and gradually add water until the mixture forms a cohesive dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Divide the dough after it rests into balls the size of a fist.

    Roll out the balls using a rolling pin, using a little flour to prevent sticking, until each ball forms a thin round dough.

    For the filling: Place the meat in a pressure cooker, fry in oil over medium heat, and stir until it starts to change color.

    Add cardamom, black pepper, and 7 spices with a little salt, then add 3 cups of water and leave on medium heat. When the water boils, seal the pot and leave on low heat for 15 minutes.

    To prepare the rice: Place the meat broth in a pot over medium heat, and when it boils, add the rice with salt and turmeric. If the broth is not enough to cover the rice, add water. Cover the pot and leave on low heat until the rice is cooked.

    To assemble the Awzi: Place each rolled dough ball in a small soup bowl. In the bottom of the dough, place a few fried almonds with 2 or 3 pieces of meat depending on their size, then add a spoonful of boiled peas, and finally add enough rice to fill the bowl while keeping the dough closure possible. Gather the edges of the dough and fold them over each other, placing them in a baking sheet with the folded side down.
