    Prepare the Qamar Al-Din mixture, dissolve the cornstarch in water.

    In a pot over the heat, add the Qamar Al-Din juice, sugar, and cornstarch mixture. Continue stirring with a whisk over medium heat until boiling.

    When the mixture thickens, remove it from the heat and pour it into small bowls with high edges, ensuring that the Qamar Al-Din occupies one-third of the bowl so that we can add the muhalabia mixture to the remaining two-thirds.

    Place the bowls in the refrigerator until they are well chilled.

    Prepare the muhalabia, dissolve the cornstarch in water.

    In a pot over the heat, add the milk, water, sugar, and cornstarch mixture while continuously stirring. Before boiling, add the rose water and vanilla, and continue stirring until boiling.

    When the mixture thickens, gently pour it into the Qamar Al-Din bowls after removing them from the refrigerator until the bowl is almost full.

    Cover the bowls with food wrap to prevent a dry layer from forming on top, place them in the refrigerator, and after 3 hours, they will be ready to eat.
