Steps

  1. 1

Wash the duck and dry it well, then set it aside until preparing the marinade.

    5 min
  2. 2

Prepare a deep bowl suitable for dipping the duck and the entire marinade.

    5 min
  3. 3

Add the garlic, chopped onion, grape juice, all the spices, mayonnaise, and mustard, except for the ketchup, lemon juice, and curry.

    5 min
  4. 4

Mix well until everything is dissolved, then place some of the marinade inside the duck, and dip the duck in the remaining marinade. You can add extra grape juice until the duck is submerged, and leave it in the fridge for 12 hours; the longer the marination, the better.

  5. 5

Wash the rice and place it on the stove until it absorbs the butter.

    5 min
  6. 6

Remove the duck from the marinade and drain it well, keeping the marinade. Stuff the duck with rice and close it with toothpicks to prevent the rice from leaking.

    5 min
  7. 7

Then place it in 2 liters of boiling water on the stove, adding some of your favorite spices. Just before it is fully cooked, remove it and place it in a baking tray, adding the marinade, some butter, and ketchup on the duck, and put it in a very hot oven; it is preferable to preheat it beforehand.

    Enjoy your meal.
