Slice the potatoes into rings and set them aside.

Slice the onion and bell peppers into strips and set them aside.

In a pot over heat, heat the oil well, then add the cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, and stir for one minute.

Add the chicken to the pot and stir in the oil for 5 minutes until it turns white, then add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the chicken and stir the mixture well for 5 minutes.
