Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram of green peas, frozen or canned

    Sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pressure cooker over high heat until golden, then add the meat and stir for 2 minutes. Add the spices, salt, and 1 liter of water. Close the cooker and place it over high heat. When steam starts to escape, let it cook for 20 minutes, then remove it from the heat and allow the steam to escape completely before opening.

    Add the peas, diced carrots, and dissolved tomato paste to the cooked meat. Close the cooker and place it on the heat. When you hear the steam whistle, cook for another 15 minutes, then remove it from the heat and allow the steam to escape completely before opening.
