Fry a chopped onion in two tablespoons of ghee until it turns golden, and add salt.

Place the masala in a blender with garlic, green chili, fresh ginger, and 3 cashew nuts, and blend well, then pour the mixture over the fried onion.

Stir the mixture for 5 minutes over medium heat, then add the shrimp, and after stirring, leave the pot over medium heat for another 5 minutes or until the shrimp changes color.

Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and lime juice, and leave everything on the heat for 5 minutes or more until the mixture thickens and is well combined. Then remove from heat and set aside.

Fry the second onion in another pot with two tablespoons of ghee until it turns golden, then add the rice and stir continuously for about 5 minutes.

Add one and a half cups of water over the rice and cover the pot until it boils. Then leave it on low heat until the rice is cooked before removing from heat.

Place a layer of rice in a baking dish and distribute the shrimp over it, then pour the sauce and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake the dish in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

Transfer the contents of the dish to a serving plate. For garnish, pour lime juice over it and sprinkle with cashews and raisins.
