    Boil the chicken with spices, cinnamon, pepper, Ajino Moto, and the onion. Soak the rice for 10 minutes and then drain it well.

    Drain the broth well, boil the rice in it for 15 minutes like pasta, add a teaspoon of biryani spices and salt to the rice.

    In a second pot, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic, when it softens add the finely chopped tomatoes, let it cook until it thickens, then add the yogurt, biryani spices, and salt, then the chicken, and finally layer the rice.
