Steps

    Boil the chicken in the usual way, strain the chicken broth, and cook the rice in it for seven minutes.

    Prepare the onion, tomato, ginger, and coriander, and place them in a food processor to blend.

    Place the mixture in a bowl with a little oil and a little water, add the tomato paste and spices for ten minutes, then add the fried potatoes and chicken, and let it boil for five minutes.
