    In a pot on the stove, boil the meat for one round, then remove it and discard the unwanted water. Transfer to a pot with clean water and spices and simmer for an hour and fifteen minutes on low heat.

    Chop the onion into cubes and fry in a frying pan with plenty of oil until golden brown, then drain and set aside.

    Slice the tomatoes thinly and set aside.

    Crush the green chili and add the garlic and ginger.

    In a pot on the stove, add the ghee, garlic, chili, and ginger, stirring until the fragrant aroma of garlic spreads. Then add the fried onion and tomatoes, stirring until the tomatoes fry for 3 minutes. Add the yogurt, a quarter cup of fresh coriander, curry, chili powder, lemon juice, a cup of the meat broth, and salt.

    Add the meat pieces and let the mixture simmer for half an hour on low heat without a lid, stirring gently every ten minutes until it thickens. Turn off the heat and add the fresh mint.
