Ingredients

Steps

    In a large bowl, add all the dough ingredients except for the orange blossom water and rose water, and mix well until you get a crumbly mixture.

    Pour the orange blossom water and rose water into a pot on the stove and heat slightly until warm.

    Knead the crumbly mixture with the warm rose water and orange blossom water, and knead well until you get a smooth and soft dough.

    Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour, then shape it into balls the size of walnuts.

    Dip each ball in sesame on one side and place it in the designated cake mold, with the sesame-covered side facing down.
