    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Place the eggs in a metal bowl with the sugar, whisk slightly with a hand whisk to combine well. Place the bowl over a pot half-filled with hot water. Ensure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water, or the eggs will cook too quickly. Gently whisk the mixture from time to time until the eggs are warm; remove the bowl and whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture is very thick and light in color. While the egg mixture thickens, combine the flour, salt, wheat cream, baking powder, mahleb, and cloves in a bowl and whisk well.

    When the egg mixture is ready, pour the flour mixture over the eggs and mix slowly until the flour mixture is combined. Add the raisins and pecans and mix for a few more seconds to combine.

    Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper; spread it with a large spoon to cover the entire surface of the mold. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the dough is golden and dry.

    Cool for a few minutes and then cut into slices 1 cm wide using a serrated knife. Dry in the oven at 90 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, checking halfway through to ensure the biscuits do not over-toast. Then serve.
