    In a bowl, mix the soft butter with the flour using your hands until the mixture is homogeneous.

    Make a well in the center of the mixture, add the vanilla, sugar, and egg yolks to the mixture, then mix well with your fingers until the dough holds together.

    Form a large ball from the dough and knead gently with your hands until it becomes smooth, then cover the dough and leave it in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

    In a pot over low heat, place the apricot and rose water, stir the mixture well to dissolve the apricot, then remove the pot from the heat.

    Place the baking sheet in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes to bake until lightly browned.
