Meanwhile, sauté the meat by adding a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan over heat. When the oil is hot, add the ground meat, breaking it apart with a spoon and stirring well until the red color of the meat disappears.

Add black pepper and salt, mix well, then add the chopped onion and stir until the onion wilts. Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
5 min - 4
Peel the roasted peppers and tomatoes, remove their seeds, and cut them into small cubes. Season with a little salt. Also, cut the sweet pepper and triangle cheese into small cubes.
5 min - 5
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them, then add the flour, salt, oil, and baking powder. Mix well to obtain a liquid batter.
5 minRequired Tools:🍳Bowl - 6
Grease a 26 cm baking tray with drops of oil and sprinkle with flour, then pour the liquid pizza batter into it or distribute it into small greased molds. I chose to put the pizza in small molds.
5 minRequired Tools:🍳Baking Tray - 7
Sprinkle the meat over the liquid batter, add a little grated cheese, and a sprinkle of thyme to taste.
5 min - 8
Then distribute the pieces of pepper, olives, and tomatoes on top, and finally add the pieces of triangle cheese.
5 min - 9
Place the pizza tray on the middle rack of the oven with medium heat coming from below for 20 minutes. Test its doneness by poking it with the tip of a knife; if it comes out clean, it means it is done, and if not, it needs more time.
20 min - 10
Then turn on the top heat of the oven for a few seconds and remove it to have the pizza ready to serve.
