Caramel Ice Cream

• 2 cups of evaporated milk, or one large can
  2 cup
• 1 Dream Whip, powder packet
  1 packet
• 1 packet of caramel cream powder, with burnt sugar
  1 packet
• 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  2 tablespoon
• 2 teaspoons of gelatin, powder
  2 teaspoon
• 1 tablespoon of hot water, not boiling
  1 tablespoon

   Place the evaporated milk in a bowl in the freezer for one hour until the edges freeze.

   Remove the milk and add the powdered cream, caramel cream powder, and sugar, and whip for five minutes using a whisk.

   In a small bowl, place the gelatin with hot water and stir well, then add the burnt sugar and mix until it becomes like a sauce, then add this sauce to the ice cream mixture in a thin stream while continuously whisking.

   Place the ice cream in the ice cream maker for twenty minutes, then transfer it to a covered freezer container and place it in the freezer for at least five hours before serving.

   If an ice cream maker is not available, place the mixture in a freezer container and into the freezer, and every half hour take it out and stir well and quickly, then return it to the freezer. Repeat this process three or four times, with about half an hour to an hour between each time.
