Cheesecake Brownies

• 250 g cream cheese

• 200 g sour cream

• 1 egg
  1 piece
• 1/2 cup sugar
  0.5 cup
• 1 tbsp vanilla
  1 tablespoon
• 1 squeeze of lemon
  1 squeeze

   On low heat, melt the butter with the sugar until the mixture is homogeneous and reaches a boil for one minute.

   Let it cool for 10 minutes.

   Start adding the eggs one by one while whisking with a hand whisk along with the vanilla.

   Once the egg and butter mixture is homogeneous and smooth, add the cocoa and whisk.

   Now add the salt, baking powder, flour, and milk and mix until homogeneous, finally add the chocolate chips.

   Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold measuring 30 cm.

   Prepare the cheesecake mixture by whisking the ingredients well together and pour it over the brownie mixture.

   Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
