Cookies with Cake Dough

A delicious and easy recipe for cookies made with cake dough and raspberry jam.

Ingredients

• Raspberry Jam
  1 cup
• Ready-made Cake
  500 grams
• Butter
  100 grams
• Kiri Cheese
  0.5 cup
• Egg
  1 piece
• Powdered Sugar
  4 tablespoons

Steps

   In a bowl, mix the butter, cheese, egg, and vanilla well, then add the contents of the cake box and mix well until you get a thick cake batter.

   Roll out the dough on a smooth surface and then cut it into a flower shape or any other shape using a cookie cutter.

   Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, stacking every two pieces on top of each other with the top piece open in the middle.
