In a bowl, beat the butter slightly, then add the sugar and beat on medium speed for two minutes.

Add the dissolved Nescafe, liquid milk, flour, and salt, and mix the mixture with a spatula without over-kneading until the ingredients are combined.

Gather the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of 3 mm and cut small circles of 3.5 cm in size, then place them on a shallow baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in the oven at 170 degrees until done.

To make the coffee cream, in a bowl, mix the powdered sugar, oil, dissolved Nescafe, and 2 tablespoons of milk to achieve the desired thickness for the cream (you can add a little more milk).
