Heat a frying pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Slice the onions, add them to the oil, and stir until they soften. Add a pinch of black pepper and a little salt. Then add the sliced chicken, stir, and add the mixed spices, and let it cook for 7 minutes while stirring continuously.

Add the sumac and stir a little. Add fried pine nuts and fried almond slices if available.

Cut each flatbread in half, place the filling inside, and roll it like an Arabic shawarma sandwich. Place them in a greased baking tray with olive oil, arranging them side by side.

Bake them in an oven at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes until the bread is browned on top.
