Mixing Bowl🍳Whisk - 2
Add the water gradually and knead well for a quarter of an hour (you may use all the water or a little less depending on the type of flour).

Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl sprinkled with a little flour or greased with a little oil, and cover it for an hour to rise.
60 min - 4
After rising, divide the dough into three parts, and roll each part into a circle and cut it like a pizza into triangles.

Mix the oil and zaatar to make a smooth mixture. Place a little of the oil and zaatar mixture in the center of each triangle near the base and roll the dough starting from the base towards the tip of the triangle to form the croissant, and don't forget to seal the ends of the base of the triangle.
