Place the cream in a microwave-safe bowl and pour the tea over it; heat for one minute and let the tea steep in the cream for at least an hour or overnight if possible.

Place the eggs in the blender bowl and beat for one minute; add the sugar and salt and beat for another 3 minutes. Add the cream and mix the batter. Add the flour and baking powder and mix again. Then add the milk and mix once more.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake the cake in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. After 10 minutes of baking, make a slit along the middle of the cake with a knife to bake evenly. Bake for 35 minutes until it rises and turns golden, and insert a toothpick to check for doneness.

Remove from the oven and pour the syrup over the cake. Let it sit for several hours or overnight, then serve.

To prepare the syrup: Place the sugar and water in a pot; bring the mixture to a boil and then add a teaspoon of lemon juice and tea leaves; boil for 10 minutes and then cool. Pour over the cake.
