To grind the falafel, use either a meat grinder or a food processor.

Drain the beans and wash them well.

First, grind the bread until it resembles breadcrumbs and set aside.

Grind the beans once alone, then grind them again with the onion, garlic, and parsley, and place them in a large bowl.

Add salt, spices, ground bread, and sesame, and knead until mixed (without adding water).

For freezing: divide into freezer bags and place two cups of the mixture in each bag (enough for about three people), remove the air from the bag, and freeze.

For frying: take a bag out of the freezer the night before and place it in the refrigerator.

Take it out of the refrigerator about two hours before frying.

For each bag of falafel mixture (two cups), add 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda about 15 minutes before frying.

Shape the falafel balls and fry them in hot oil (the oil should be hot, but be careful not to overheat it so that the falafel balls do not brown on the outside while remaining raw inside).
