Mix the stuffing ingredients for the zucchini and stuff the zucchini pieces, then set aside.

In a suitable pot, add the oil and sauté the chicken over high heat until browned. Add the onion, garlic, coriander, curry, and cinnamon, and stir. Then add the tomato paste and mix, followed by the tomatoes and water, and let them boil.
