For the filling, if the size of the qareesha is small, use three; if the disc is very large, use half a disc.

In a frying pan, sauté the onion with oil until it softens, then set aside to cool.

For the dough, mix the dry ingredients together, then add the oil followed by the amount of water, and knead for ten minutes to a quarter of an hour.
