Mix the dry ingredients, add water and knead well by hand, leave to rise for an hour in the oven after turning it on and off.

Knead the dough then roll it out with a rolling pin, place the butter on the edge of the dough then fold the dough over the butter and roll it out again so the butter mixes with the dough.

Repeat the folding and rolling with the rolling pin then place in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes, then repeat the folding and rolling again and place in the refrigerator for another fifteen minutes.

To make the filling, roll the cheese and sausage into small pieces and mix them well together.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, cut into circles and place the filling inside, then seal the circle well.

Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then place on a baking sheet and put in the oven to brown from the bottom until the bases are browned and the tops are golden.
