Cut the chicken into thin, long pieces and place them in a bowl, then add the yogurt, salt, and garlic, mix them and place the bowl in the refrigerator for a full day.

Wash the hummus with water, then place it in a pot and boil it well.

In the blender, place two cups of boiled hummus, add some of the boiling water and blend to get a slightly liquid mixture.

Add the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, and salt and blend the mixture well.

To prepare the chicken, wash the chicken from the marinade, drain it, then place it in a frying pan with olive oil and fry on both sides until browned.

Add black pepper, coriander, juice of 1/2 lemon, and salt (if needed for taste).

In a medium-sized deep bowl, place the fried bread, pour 1/4 cup of hummus water over it, add 1/4 cup of whole hummus, and half of the blended hummus, then top with the remaining whole hummus.

Place the blended hummus as the final layer, then add the chicken on top.

In a frying pan over heat, heat the ghee, add the pine nuts and stir until they turn golden, then pour the ghee and pine nut mixture over the fatteh and serve hot.
