    Clean the intestines well, then take the lamb heart and cut it into small pieces the size of a bean.

    Chop the leafy vegetables and finely chop them with the knife to about 3 centimeters, then finely chop the onions and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

    After finishing cutting all the vegetables, add the lamb heart, rice, oil, basil, mint, tomato sauce, turmeric, and red pepper, season the mixture with spices and salt, and mix well.

    Prepare a very large pot filled with water, place it on the stove and let it boil, then place the stuffed intestines in the boiling water and leave for only one hour.
