To make the sauce, in a frying pan, sauté half of the onion and garlic until softened, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, stir the mixture and let it simmer until thickened, then set aside.

In a pot over heat, sauté the remaining onion until it turns dark, add water, broth cubes, and salt, then add the washed rice and let the mixture cook.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and set aside.

In a deep fryer, fry the potatoes in plenty of oil until golden and set aside.

Fry the fillets in a frying pan until golden and set aside.

Garnish the plate with the chopped lettuce, place the fried potatoes, two pieces of fish fillet, and a slice of lemon.
