Ingredients

    Boil the meat, remove the scum, add the spices and onion, and let it cook for two hours until tender.

    Once cooked, strain the meat into another pot and pour the broth over it (about 2 to 3 cups, just enough to cover it). Add the Maggi cube and the fried fava beans, and boil for half an hour covered.

    Prepare the yogurt by adding the egg, cornstarch, and salt (about a teaspoon). Stir well with a whisk, then place it over low heat while continuously stirring with the whisk until it boils, then set aside.

    After the fava beans and meat have boiled for half an hour, add the prepared yogurt and let it boil uncovered until it thickens. Taste to check the saltiness, then before turning off the heat, add the garlic and chopped coriander.
