Mix the dry ingredients well in a food processor and set aside.

In the stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the egg whites with salt until frothy and liquid.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue whisking on high speed until a thick, frothy batter forms.

In a hollow bowl, place the whipped egg whites and gradually add the dry ingredient mixture in 3 batches, folding gently from bottom to top each time until well combined, then place the mixture in a piping bag.

Place the macaron sheet on the baking sheet and pour a teaspoon of the macaron batter into each opening.

Tap the baking sheet on the counter surface until the batter spreads to fit the openings.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven at 175°C and bake for 17 minutes until the macarons are done, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Place the Nutella in the piping bag and pipe a little Nutella onto half of the macarons after flipping them, then cover with a second piece of macaron and press the two pieces together firmly.
