Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Add the chicken pieces and 3 tablespoons of hot sauce and cook until the chicken is well done.

Transfer the fried chicken pieces to a bowl and add the cheese and 3 tablespoons of hot sauce. Mix the mixture well.

Sprinkle flour on a board or flat surface and place a dough wrapper on it, then place 2 or 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center and fold to form a large triangle. Seal the edges well by pressing them and repeat with the remaining wrappers.

Place the beaten eggs in a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of hot sauce. In another bowl, mix the crushed crackers with the pepper.
