- Chicken broth cube, any Maggi dissolved in 2 cups of water2 cubes

Wash the rice well, drain it, and divide it into two halves.

Add the meat, onion, garlic, parsley, and dill to half of the rice and mix well, then place the mixture in a blender and chop slightly until well combined, then add the mixture to the remaining rice and mix well.

Gradually add the flour to the mixture while stirring, then add one egg and season the mixture with spices and salt, knead the mixture by hand until well combined and it becomes firm like dough.

Shape the mixture into fingers by rolling with your hand like kebab, then arrange them in a baking tray.

Place it on the heat.

Put the chicken broth on the heat to boil, then pour it over the tray until the kebabs are submerged, and leave the tray on the heat until the meat is cooked, then remove from heat.

Whisk the eggs well and season with black pepper and salt, then dip each piece of kebab in the eggs and fry in oil until golden brown.
