Pineapple Dessert with Cream

• 1 cup pineapple, canned rings with juice reserved
  1 cup
• 1/2 cup cream
  0.5 cup
• 170 grams tea biscuits
  170 grams

   Arrange half of the pineapple rings in a medium tray.

   Layer the biscuits over the pineapple rings.

   Soak the biscuits with pineapple juice.

   Place the remaining pineapple on top of the biscuits.

   Place the tray in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes and serve cold.
