Cold Om Ali Dessert

Ingredients

Arrange the toast in a tray, place it in the oven to toast until browned on top, then remove it, flip the toast, and return it to the oven until the other side is browned.

Remove it from the oven, sprinkle the syrup over it while hot, the syrup should be cold, and let it sit until it absorbs the syrup in the same tray it was toasted in.

Prepare the second layer, in a pot over medium heat, add cold milk, cold water, sugar, and cornstarch, and mix them well with a whisk.

When the mixture heats up, add the cream, vanilla, and orange blossom water, continue stirring with the whisk until it boils and thickens.

Remove it from the heat and pour it over the layer of toast and syrup in the same tray.

Let it cool slightly and then place it in the refrigerator until completely cooled, then remove it and add the second can of cream, spreading it completely over the surface.
